LEGAL NOTICE ON THE TERMS OF USE OF INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE TOURISM PORTAL OF THE REGION OF MURCIA:

  ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Comunidad Autónoma de la Región de Murcia-Autonomous Region of Murcia-, by means of the public company Instituto de Turismo de la Región de Murcia -Tourism Institute of the Region of Murcia-, makes a series of pieces of information, documents and products, as well as several services, the use of which is subject to the terms and conditions included in this document ('Terms of Use'), available to the users of the Tourism Portal of the Region of Murcia (www.turismoregiondemurcia.es). The fact that you access this site means you accept each and every one of these Terms of Use. The Instituto de Turismo de la Región de Murcia reserves the right to periodically alter these terms if it is deemed to be appropriate. Your use of this information and the rest of elements will always be subject to the most recent Terms of Use included in this web at every particular moment.

  1.- COMMERCIAL USE IS PROHIBITED
The aim of this Instituto de Turismo de la Región de Murcia's Portal is to allow the users access to tourist information of the Region of Murcia. The data come from different sources and every kind of commercialisation is excluded from this right of access.

  2.- OBLIGATION TO MAKE A CORRECT USE OF THE PORTAL:  
The user commits to use the information included in this Portal in accordance with the Law and with regulations and specific conditions of each of its elements, as well as with the regulations established by these Terms of Use. All this information is copyright protected and, where appropriate, protected by royalties and property rights, and the legal regulations which guarantee intellectual property, in such a way that any unauthorised use may imply violation of these protective regulations. More precisely, the user must take into account the following:
  a) The Instituto de Turismo de la Región de Murcia allows free and free of charge access to this information, as well as use of its contents, as long as the source is mentioned in the following way: 'Source: murciaturistica.es'. 
b) Copy, reproduction and distribution of data included within the Portal which allow availability of these contents for multiple users are prohibited in any electronic device without written authorisation of the Consejería de Industria, Turismo, Empresa e Innovación -Regional Ministry of Industry, Tourism, Business and Innovation-.
  c) Copy, reproduction and distribution of pages and images from the Portal, even if the source is mentioned, are also prohibited.  
d) In any case, the correct use of information does not allow manipulation or variation of its contents.

The Instituto de Turismo de la Región de Murcia is not responsible for the contents of this server and is not committed to its immediate updating. The data included here are not to be considered official. Only those appearing on printed publications of the Comunidad Autónoma de la Región de Murcia or those which have been specifically certified by the services in charge of this Department are official. Prices of products and services which appear within the web might not be updated.

  4.- DISCLAIMER OF RESPONSIBILITIES, ADVICE OR RECOMMENDATIONS:  
a) The Instituto de Turismo de la Región de Murcia is not directly, indirectly or alternatively responsible of any damage or loss suffered by the user as a result of the access to this Portal or the use of either pieces of information or applications included in it.
b) This Portal does not provide any type of recommendation about tourist products or services, nor gives advice of any kind.

  5.- CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL DATA:  
In accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December 1999 on the protection of personal data (LOPD), we hereby inform you that the data you voluntarily provide to us by means of this form have a confidential character to us and will be included within a private file called 'BBDD ITREM' -duly registered in the Spanish Agency of Data Protection-, the owner and maintenance responsible party of which is the public company Instituto de Turismo de la Región de Murcia. You can exercise your right to access, correct, cancel and object to the treatment of your data in the terms and conditions established by this LOPD through a written communication to the Instituto de Turismo de la Región de Murcia by mail to the following address: Av. Juana Jugán nº2, 30006 - Murcia, Spain. You can also exercise this right through this contact form and by phone: (+34) 968 277 702. The aim of this data collection is advertising and promotion of tourism in the Region of Murcia; the data can be used with that purpose by the Instituto de Turismo de la Región de Murcia -executive organ of the Consejería de Industria, Turismo, Empresa e Innovación under the General Administration of the Comunidad Autónoma de la Región de Murcia- as well as by the aforementioned Consejería. The aforesaid data can be handed over by the party responsible of the file to other entities which collaborate with it, but only with the same aim of advertising and promoting tourism of the Region of Murcia, and with the previous notice established by article 27 of the LOPD. They can likewise be occasionally communicated to tourism companies or information offices of the Region of Murcia, in the case it is necessary so that they can directly reply to your applications of information or your suggestions. The Instituto de Turismo de la Región de Murcia commits itself to comply in full meticulousness with the prescriptions and obligations of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December 1999 on the protection of personal data. On the other side, the user must take responsibility about the accuracy of all given data.

6.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION:  
The use of the Tourism Portal of the Region of Murcia is governed by the Spanish legislation regardless of the user's legal setting. Any controversy which may derive from these Terms of Use will be solved by the Spanish courts.
