Circular route for mountain bikes skirting Sierra de la Peña Rubia and passing by the Pradico Hermitage. One of the most visited routes in Lorca, which goes through the villages of La Torrecilla, Parrilla and Rio.

We leave the Visitor Centre-La Merced towards the old bridge and the Alberca, to cross the centre of Lorca in the direction of Carretera de Granada, leaving the centre on the cycle land until reaching the hospital Rafael Méndez, where we will leave it to head for the motorway exit A-7 in the direction of Rambla de la Torrecilla, getting on this dry watercourse in the direction of la Peñarrubia.

On the Cuesta de los Colorados we¿ll begin our descent to Casa Parador, where we¿ll go towards La Solana and then towards Pradico Hermitage. From there we¿ll descend on the path to the Hermitage until taking the dry watercourse from Canteras - Jabalí. Upon reaching the Campico road, we¿ll leave this dry watercourse and continue on this path until we meet again with the dry watercourse of 17 arches, which we¿ll follow until reaching the Guadalentín river, crossing before the RM-701 - Parroquia road. Upon reaching the river we¿ll descend in the direction of Lorca, until arriving at the Visitor Centre where the route ends.

This route can be done in either direction, with the anti-clockwise direction being slightly gentler.
