In the 60s and 70s of the last century the Virgen del Rosario was taken every Sunday afternoon in October to each of the districts or areas of Blanca (Bayna, Huerta Arriba, Buila, Los Tollos, Runes) and there, in the houses that had prepared an altar for her, she remained there for one or more days (depending on the number of houses), until Sunday, when, at dawn, they would return to the village and, depending on where they came from, they would wait for them at the "Punta del Pueblo", at the "Excanales" or at "El Puente" and from there, praying the rosary, they would go to the parish church. Once there, the first mass was celebrated.
The waitress of the Virgin was for many years Juana "del Horno" and the person in charge of arranging the throne was Luis Molina "Churrasco"; with his deep voice he led the rosary to the sound of the Jeromo bell. Nowadays the Hermandad de Nuestra Señora la Virgen del Rosario is in charge of it.
