Family Workshop: Seeing is believing?
"I see more with my fingers that many people are blind
eye." Esref Armagan (Ankara) was born without eyes, never been to art
school and yet became a painter. Esref draws scenes from the world
around him, diagrams and drawings of buildings in perspective.
Surprised? Do we need to do to observe and represent? How to understand
what we observe? Do you always believe what we see? Join us for a family
activity that deals with how we see and understand the world around us.
Explore how other senses like touch, taste, smell and hearing influence
our perception and understanding of reality and how different artists
approach to visual.
