The tour guide was excellent ! Very informative and enthusiastic about the region and its history ! His english was excellent ! I finished the tour knowing a lot more than when I started very interesting !! I am now going to go to Santa Clara in Murcia as opposed to Alhambra as it has been there much longer !!! Many Thanks for the wonderful experience!!

The tour of the castle was great. The tour guide Ignacio was brilliant. Knowledgeable informative and friendly. The length of the tour was right as was the size of the group. We very much enjoyed our tour and will definitely recommend it to our friends

Thank you for an excellent visit. Easy to book, clear instructions even a phone call the day before. The guide was excellent with lots of interesting information. He showed care for our welfare and his English was excellent.

Please use the microphone all the time when it is windy as it was difficult to hear at times when the wind was gusting.

We enjoyed our trip to the castle and our guide Pedro was very good he had lots of interesting bits of information to give us about region¿s history as well as castle

Lovely tour, not too long and very interesting. We were even contacted by the tourist information a few days earlier to help us with the parking. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Very satisfied and would recommend.

From the first phone call i had from a lady confirming i knew where to meet and gave advice on parking due to the festival it was obviously a professional set up in place. The lady who was confirming my booking at the Thermal baths was very pleasant and professional. The tour guide Pedro was very informative and interacting very well with the whole group. He had a great depth of knowledge on the Castle and the history of the region which he imparted with obvious pride in his role.

Very informative guide who made sure all attending had time to enjoy the walk and the view. Information was very detailed and enjoyable.

We had a wonderful visit on Sunday. Our tour guide was both informative and interesting. As well as information about the site his knowledge of the surrounding area was excellent. He is an asset to your team. All in all a first class event. We were so glad it was not in the heat ofthe summer as the climb would have been exhausting.

Perhaps the price could be increased and some of the money could go towards restoration costs...

A very professional service and thank you to all the staff involved.

Would like to see more work completed on the Castillo when finances allow.

Couldn't fault the tour, it was perfect. The guide was very knowledgeable and didn't rush at all.

Antonio estaba magnifico! His English was perfect and he was very enthusiastic . The booking was quick and easy , and the follow up phone call and email to ensure we knew how to get there, park was brilliant. We were also told about the routa de tapas which we thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you for a wholly wonderful experience.

Algún recorrido también de 10 o 15 minutos por el casco antiguo del pueblo.

We arrived for the 4.30 trip and nobody was there. The banos where we were supposed to meet and pay was closed and locked. We had had no notification that the tour had been cancelled.

Better communication if trip is cancelled.
